The recommended operating voltage range for the TL432IL3T is 2.7V to 36V, although it can operate up to 40V with reduced performance.
To ensure stable operation in high-temperature environments, it's recommended to use a heat sink and ensure good thermal conductivity between the device and the heat sink. Additionally, reduce the power dissipation and operating voltage to minimize thermal stress.
