The recommended operating voltage range for the MCT62 is 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V.
To ensure reliable operation of the MCT62 in high-temperature environments, it is recommended to derate the device's power dissipation according to the thermal derating curve provided in the datasheet, and to ensure good thermal design and heat sinking.
The maximum allowable current through the MCT62's output pins is 20mA, with a maximum total current of 100mA for all outputs combined.
The MCT62 can be interfaced with a microcontroller or other digital logic using standard CMOS logic levels, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a minimum input voltage of 0V.
The internal pull-up resistors on the MCT62 are used to pull the output pins high when the device is in a high-impedance state, and can be disabled by connecting an external pull-down resistor to the output pin.
