  • The maximum input voltage is 40V, but it's recommended to keep it below 35V for reliable operation.

  • The output voltage can be adjusted by using a resistive divider network between the output and adjustment pins. The formula to calculate the output voltage is Vout = 1.25 * (1 + R2/R1).

  • The LM317LCDRG4 requires a minimum load current of 3.5mA to regulate properly. If the load current is less than this, the output voltage may not be regulated accurately.

  • The LM317LCDRG4 is rated for operation up to 125°C, but its performance may degrade at high temperatures. It's recommended to use a heat sink and ensure good airflow to keep the junction temperature below 125°C.
