A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog ground plane is recommended. Keep analog and digital traces separate, and use a common mode filter to reduce noise.
Use a thermocouple or RTD sensor with a high accuracy amplifier, and calibrate the system to compensate for any offsets or non-linearities. Also, ensure good thermal contact between the sensor and the device.
The maximum allowed voltage on the analog input pins is VCC + 0.3V, but it's recommended to keep it within VCC to ensure accurate conversions.
Use a low-pass filter on the analog inputs, add a ferrite bead or common mode choke to the power supply lines, and ensure good shielding and grounding of the PCB.
The recommended clock frequency is 16.78 MHz, but it can operate up to 20 MHz. However, higher clock frequencies may increase power consumption and noise.
