A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital sections separate, and use a common ground point for the analog and digital grounds.
Use a heat sink with a thermal resistance of 10°C/W or lower, and ensure good airflow around the device. The recommended operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
The maximum clock frequency is 150 MHz, but it can be overclocked up to 180 MHz with reduced voltage and temperature derating.
Use the power-down mode (PD) to reduce power consumption. Set the PD pin high to enter power-down mode, and use the PDEN pin to control the power-down mode entry and exit.
The recommended input impedance is 50 ohms, but it can be adjusted to match the specific application requirements.
