The recommended input capacitor value is 1uF to 10uF, depending on the input voltage and output current requirements. A larger capacitor value can help reduce input voltage ripple and improve stability.

The UC2845D can deliver up to 2A of output current, but this depends on the input voltage, output voltage, and thermal considerations. Be sure to check the thermal derating curves in the datasheet to ensure reliable operation.
The UC2845D has a SYNC pin that allows synchronization with an external clock signal. Connect the external clock signal to the SYNC pin, and ensure the clock frequency is within the recommended range of 100 kHz to 500 kHz.
The EN pin is an active-high enable input that allows the user to turn the converter on or off. When EN is high, the converter is enabled, and when EN is low, the converter is disabled. This pin can be used to implement power sequencing or to turn off the converter during shutdown.
