STMicroelectronics recommends a thermal pad on the bottom of the package, connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently.
To ensure stability, ensure the op-amp is operated within its recommended frequency range, and consider adding a capacitor in parallel with the feedback resistor to reduce oscillations.
The TSV991AILT can drive up to 1nF of capacitive load, but it's recommended to limit it to 100pF for optimal performance.
Use ESD protection diodes and add a voltage clamp circuit to prevent overvoltage, and consider adding a series resistor to limit the input current.
Power up the supply voltage (VCC) before applying the input signal, and ensure the input signal is within the recommended common-mode voltage range.
