The recommended operating voltage range for the TSH122ICT is 2.7V to 5.5V.
To properly power down the TSH122ICT, ensure that the EN pin is driven low and the VCC pin is decoupled from the power supply. Additionally, ensure that all input pins are at a valid logic level.
The maximum allowable power dissipation for the TSH122ICT is 500mW.
To handle thermal management, ensure good thermal conductivity between the device and the PCB, and consider using thermal vias or a heat sink if necessary. The maximum junction temperature is 150°C.
For optimal performance, keep the layout and routing as symmetrical as possible, and minimize the length of the input and output traces. Use a solid ground plane and decoupling capacitors to reduce noise and ensure signal integrity.
