For optimal performance, it is recommended to follow a 4-layer PCB stack-up with a solid ground plane, and to keep the analog and digital signal traces separate. Additionally, decoupling capacitors should be placed close to the device pins.
To ensure EMC, it is recommended to use a shielded enclosure, keep the device away from high-frequency sources, and use a common-mode choke or ferrite bead on the input lines. Additionally, follow proper PCB layout and grounding techniques.
The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VCC first, followed by the input signal. This ensures that the internal biasing circuitry is established before the input signal is applied.
For thermal management, it is recommended to provide adequate heat sinking, such as a thermal pad or heat sink, and to ensure good airflow around the device. The device's thermal pad should be connected to a solid ground plane to dissipate heat efficiently.
The recommended input signal conditioning includes using a low-pass filter to remove high-frequency noise, and a voltage divider or attenuator to adjust the signal amplitude to the device's input range.
