The maximum switching frequency of the TQ2SA-L-5V relay is 20 Hz. However, it's recommended to limit the switching frequency to 10 Hz or less to ensure reliable operation and extend the relay's lifespan.
The TQ2SA-L-5V relay is rated for operation up to 85°C. While it can tolerate short-term excursions up to 100°C, continuous operation above 85°C may affect its reliability and lifespan.
To ensure the relay's contacts are clean and free of contamination, use a soft brush or a lint-free cloth to gently remove any debris or dust. Avoid using chemicals or solvents, as they may damage the relay's internal components.
The recommended PCB layout and spacing for the TQ2SA-L-5V relay can be found in the Panasonic application note AN13184. In general, ensure a minimum of 1.5 mm spacing between the relay and other components, and follow good PCB design practices to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI).
