The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the TPS7A1118PDRVR is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may cause damage to the device.
To ensure the stability of the output voltage, it is recommended to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF with an ESR of 0.1Ω or less, and to place the capacitor close to the output pin of the device.
The maximum output current that the TPS7A1118PDRVR can deliver is 1.8A. However, the output current may be limited by the thermal performance of the device and the PCB design.
The power dissipation of the TPS7A1118PDRVR can be calculated using the formula: Pd = (Vin - Vout) x Iout, where Vin is the input voltage, Vout is the output voltage, and Iout is the output current.
The EN (Enable) pin is used to turn the device on or off. When the EN pin is high, the device is enabled and the output voltage is regulated. When the EN pin is low, the device is disabled and the output voltage is turned off.
