The maximum input voltage is 12V, but it's recommended to keep it below 10V for optimal performance and to prevent overheating.
To ensure stability, use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF, and an ESR of 0.1Ω to 10Ω. Also, place the capacitor close to the output pin and use a low-ESR capacitor.
The dropout voltage is typically around 300mV at an output current of 150mA, but it can vary depending on the input voltage and output current.
The TPS73133DBVR is rated for operation up to 125°C, but the junction temperature should be kept below 150°C to ensure reliability. Use a heat sink or thermal pad to dissipate heat if necessary.
