  • The minimum input voltage required for the TPS7225QD to operate is 2.7V, as specified in the electrical characteristics section of the datasheet. However, the device can operate down to 2.5V with reduced performance.

  • The TPS7225QD is rated for operation up to 125°C, but the device's performance and reliability may be affected at high temperatures. It is recommended to derate the output current and input voltage according to the thermal derating curves provided in the datasheet.

  • The power dissipation of the TPS7225QD can be calculated using the formula: Pd = (Vin - Vout) x Iout, where Vin is the input voltage, Vout is the output voltage, and Iout is the output current.
