The maximum output power of the TOP253PN is 250W, but it can be derated based on the input voltage, output voltage, and ambient temperature.
To ensure the TOP253PN operates within its SOA, follow the guidelines in the datasheet for input voltage, output voltage, output current, and ambient temperature. Also, make sure to provide adequate heat sinking and thermal management.
