The maximum operating temperature range for the TLE4476D is -40°C to 150°C.
To ensure EMC, follow proper PCB design guidelines, use a common mode choke, and add a capacitor to the output stage. Additionally, ensure proper shielding and grounding of the device.
Place the device close to the battery, use a star-shaped layout for the power supply, and keep the output stage away from the input stage. Also, ensure a low-impedance path for the output stage.
Use an external voltage clamp or a Zener diode to protect the device from overvoltage conditions. The TLE4476D also has an internal overvoltage protection circuit that limits the output voltage to 40V.
The recommended input capacitor value is 10uF to 22uF, with a voltage rating of 50V or higher. The capacitor should be placed close to the device and have low ESR.
