  • The minimum operating voltage for TL431ID is 2.5V, but it's recommended to operate it at 4.5V or higher for optimal performance.

  • To ensure stability, it's essential to decouple the TL431ID with a 10nF to 100nF capacitor between the REF and ADJ pins, and a 1μF to 10μF capacitor between the VCC and GND pins.
