The recommended operating temperature range for the TL431AIDBVT is -40°C to 125°C.
To ensure stability, it is recommended to use a bypass capacitor (typically 10nF to 100nF) between the REF and ADJ pins, and to keep the impedance of the output circuit low.
The TL431AIDBVT can supply up to 15mA of output current, but it is recommended to limit the output current to 10mA or less to ensure stability and accuracy.
While the TL431AIDBVT can be used as a voltage regulator, it is not recommended as it is not designed for high-current applications. Instead, use a dedicated voltage regulator IC for high-current applications.
