The recommended power-up sequence is to first apply the analog power supply (VCC) and then the digital power supply (VDD). This ensures that the analog circuitry is powered up before the digital circuitry.
To optimize the TDA7705 for low power consumption, use the power-down mode (PD) and the mute function (MUTE) to reduce power consumption when the device is not in use. Additionally, adjust the clock frequency and the bias current to minimize power consumption.
The maximum allowed capacitance for the analog input coupling capacitors is 10uF. Exceeding this value may affect the device's performance and stability.
To ensure EMC with the TDA7705, use a shielded enclosure, keep the analog and digital grounds separate, and use a common-mode filter on the analog input lines. Additionally, follow good PCB design practices, such as keeping the analog and digital circuits separate and using a ground plane.
The recommended layout for the TDA7705 is to keep the analog and digital circuits separate, with the analog circuitry placed closest to the input pins and the digital circuitry placed closest to the output pins. Use a star-ground configuration and keep the power supply lines as short as possible.
