A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital sections separate, and use a common ground point for the analog and digital grounds.
Use a combination of ceramic and electrolytic capacitors for power supply decoupling. Place a 100nF ceramic capacitor close to the device's power pins, and a 10uF electrolytic capacitor near the power supply source.
The clock signal should have a jitter of less than 100ps and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of at least 40dB. A clock signal with a square wave shape is recommended.
Use a heat sink with a thermal resistance of less than 10°C/W. Ensure good airflow around the device, and avoid blocking the airflow with components or obstacles.
Use a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode with a voltage rating of at least 3.3V and a current rating of at least 1A. Place the TVS diode close to the device's input pins.
