The maximum clock frequency that can be used with the internal oscillator is 16 MHz.
To configure the watchdog timer to reset the microcontroller, set the WDPG bit in the WCR register to 1, and then set the WDV bit in the WCR register to 1. This will enable the watchdog timer and configure it to reset the microcontroller if it times out.
The maximum current that can be sourced or sunk by the GPIO pins is 20 mA.
To use the UART peripheral, configure the UART registers to set the baud rate, data bits, stop bits, and parity. Then, use the UART transmit and receive registers to send and receive data.
The BOR circuitry is used to reset the microcontroller if the supply voltage falls below a certain threshold, typically around 1.9 V. This helps to prevent the microcontroller from operating erratically or unpredictably during power-on or power-down sequences.
