The internal oscillator can operate up to 16 MHz, but the maximum clock frequency depends on the specific application and the clock configuration. Typically, it is recommended to use a clock frequency up to 12 MHz for most applications.
To configure the WDT, you need to set the WDT clock source, prescaler, and timeout period using the WDT_CR, WDT_PR, and WDT_RLR registers. You can also enable or disable the WDT using the WDT_CR register.
