The maximum operating frequency of the STD4NK60ZT4 is 100 kHz, but it can be operated at higher frequencies with proper thermal management and derating.
To ensure proper cooling, a heat sink with a thermal resistance of less than 1°C/W is recommended. Additionally, the device should be mounted on a PCB with a large copper area to dissipate heat.
