The recommended operating temperature range for the STBP120AVDK6F is -40°C to 125°C.
The recommended power-up sequence is to apply VDD first, followed by VDDA, and then the clock signal. This ensures proper initialization and prevents latch-up.
The maximum allowed voltage on the I/O pins is VDD + 0.3V, but it's recommended to keep it within VDD to prevent damage.
A reliable reset circuit can be implemented using a resistor-capacitor network and a voltage supervisor IC. The reset signal should be asserted for at least 10ms to ensure proper reset.
