ETI Systems recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and a separate power plane for the input and output stages. Additionally, keep the input and output traces as short as possible and use a common mode choke to reduce EMI.
To ensure reliability, follow the recommended derating curves for temperature and output power. Also, ensure good airflow around the device, and consider using a heat sink or thermal interface material to reduce the junction temperature.
