A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended.
Ensure that the device is operated within the recommended temperature range (−40°C to +150°C). Use a heat sink or thermal interface material to maintain a safe junction temperature (Tj) below 150°C.
The maximum allowed voltage on the input pins is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may cause damage to the device.
Use ESD protection devices such as TVS diodes or ESD arrays on the input lines to protect the device from electrostatic discharge. Follow proper handling and storage procedures to prevent ESD damage.
Store the device in a dry, cool place (below 25°C and 60% RH) away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid storing the device in a location with high humidity or near a heat source.
