A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the high-frequency traces short and away from the power plane. Use a via stitching pattern to connect the ground plane to the thermal pad.

Use a thermal interface material (TIM) with a thermal conductivity of at least 1 W/m-K between the device and the heat sink. Ensure good airflow and avoid thermal hotspots. Follow the recommended operating temperature range and derating guidelines.
