  • A 4-layer PCB with a dedicated thermal layer and thermal vias is recommended. Ensure a minimum of 10mm clearance around the package for airflow and heat dissipation.

  • Use a high-current, low-ESR capacitor (e.g., 10uF, 20V, X5R or X7R) close to the power pins. Ensure the PCB traces are wide enough (min. 1mm) and use multiple vias to reduce resistance.

  • The recommended operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. However, for optimal performance and reliability, it's recommended to operate within -20°C to 85°C.

  • Use a shielded enclosure, ensure proper grounding, and follow good PCB layout practices (e.g., separate analog and digital grounds, minimize loop areas). Additionally, use EMI filters or common-mode chokes on input/output lines.

  • A low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with a minimum of 2.5V input voltage and 1.8V output voltage is recommended. Ensure the LDO can supply the required current (typically 100mA) and has a low output voltage ripple (<10mV).
