The maximum frequency of the PWM output is 1526 Hz, which is the highest frequency that can be achieved with the 25 MHz internal oscillator.
To configure the PCA9685PW for 16-bit PWM mode, set the MODE1 register to 0x01 and the MODE2 register to 0x04. Then, set the PWM frequency using the PRESCALE register and configure the PWM duty cycle using the LEDn_ON_L and LEDn_OFF_H registers.
