A 4-layer PCB with a dedicated ground plane and careful routing of power and signal traces is recommended. NXP provides a reference design and layout guidelines in their application notes and evaluation boards.
Implement proper EMI filtering, use shielded cables, and ensure good grounding practices. Additionally, consider using differential signaling and/or redundancy in critical communication paths.
