A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the antenna away from the PCB and use a 50-ohm microstrip line to connect the antenna to the module.
Use a reliable communication protocol such as UART or SPI, and ensure that the baud rate and data format are correctly configured. Also, use a level shifter if the voltage levels of the module and microcontroller are different.
