The recommended operating voltage range for the MCT9001 is 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V.
To ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments, it is recommended to derate the device's power dissipation according to the thermal derating curve provided in the datasheet, and to ensure good thermal design and heat sinking.
The maximum allowable current through the MCT9001's output pins is 20mA per pin, with a total current limit of 100mA for all output pins combined.
The MCT9001 can be interfaced with a microcontroller or other digital logic using standard CMOS logic levels, with a recommended pull-up resistor value of 1kΩ to 10kΩ for the output pins.
The MCT9001's internal pull-up resistors are used to pull up the output pins to the supply voltage when the device is in a high-impedance state. These resistors can be enabled or disabled using the device's control pins, and can be used to simplify the interface to external circuitry.
