The recommended operating voltage range for the MCT62S is 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical voltage of 5V.
To ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments, it is recommended to derate the device's power dissipation according to the thermal derating curve provided in the datasheet, and to ensure good thermal design and heat sinking.
The maximum allowable current through the MCT62S's output pins is 20mA, with a maximum total current of 100mA for all outputs combined.
The MCT62S can be interfaced with a microcontroller or other digital logic using standard CMOS logic levels, with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a maximum input current of 1mA.
The internal pull-up resistors on the MCT62S are used to pull the output pins high when they are not being driven by an external signal, helping to prevent unwanted oscillations and ensuring proper operation.
