The recommended operating voltage range for the MCT61S is 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V.
To ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments, it is recommended to derate the device's power dissipation according to the thermal derating curve provided in the datasheet, and to ensure good thermal conduction between the device and the heat sink or PCB.
The maximum allowable current through the MCT61S's output pins is 20mA per pin, with a total device current limit of 100mA.
The MCT61S can be interfaced with a microcontroller or other digital logic using standard CMOS logic levels, with a pull-up resistor and/or a voltage translator if necessary to match the voltage levels.
The internal pull-up resistors on the MCT61S are used to pull the output pins high when the device is in a high-impedance state, helping to prevent unwanted output transitions and reduce power consumption.
