The recommended power-on sequence is to apply VDD before applying VREF. This ensures that the internal voltage regulator is powered up before the reference voltage is applied.
To ensure accurate voltage output, it is recommended to use a high-quality external voltage reference (VREF) and to decouple the VREF pin with a 10nF capacitor to reduce noise.
