It is recommended to place the MCP3021A5T-E/OT close to the analog signal source, use a ground plane, and keep the analog and digital traces separate to minimize noise. Additionally, use a 0.1uF decoupling capacitor between VDD and VSS, and a 10uF capacitor between VREF and VSS.
