  • The maximum allowed voltage on the input pins is 6V, which is the absolute maximum rating. However, for normal operation, the input voltage should be within the recommended operating range of 2.7V to 5.5V.

  • The MCP111-270E/TO has built-in ESD protection, but it is still recommended to follow proper ESD handling procedures during assembly and testing. This includes using an ESD wrist strap, ESD mat, and ESD-safe packaging materials.
