The M29W160EB70N6E can operate from -40°C to 85°C (industrial temperature range) and from -40°C to 125°C (extended temperature range) with some limitations.
The HOLD# signal should be asserted low to pause the current operation and de-asserted high to resume the operation. During hold, the device will tri-state its outputs and ignore any input signals.
The WEL signal is used to enable or disable write operations. When WEL is low, write operations are disabled, and when WEL is high, write operations are enabled.
To perform a sector erase, send the erase command (0x20) followed by the sector address. The device will then erase the entire sector.
The Reset# signal is used to reset the device to its power-on state. When asserted low, the device will reset and all internal states will be cleared.
