The maximum operating temperature range for the LTM4622AIV#PBF is -40°C to 125°C.
To ensure the stability of the output voltage, it is recommended to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF with an ESR of 0.1Ω to 10Ω, and to place the output capacitor close to the output pin of the device.
The recommended input capacitor value for the LTM4622AIV#PBF is 10uF to 22uF, with an ESR of 0.1Ω to 10Ω, and a voltage rating of at least 2x the input voltage.
