The maximum voltage rating for the input pins (VIN, VCC) is 36V, but it's recommended to keep it below 30V for reliable operation.
To ensure the LTC4368HMS-2#PBF is in a low-power state during shutdown, make sure the SHDN pin is pulled low and the VIN pin is below 1.5V.
