The maximum voltage rating for the input pins is 80V, but it's recommended to keep the input voltage below 60V for reliable operation.
To ensure the OVP threshold is accurate, make sure to decouple the VIN pin with a 10uF capacitor to GND, and use a low-ESR capacitor to minimize voltage droop.
For optimal performance, keep the input capacitors close to the VIN pin, and use a star-ground configuration to minimize noise. Also, keep the GND pin connected to a solid ground plane to reduce noise and EMI.
The OCP threshold can be adjusted by connecting a resistor (RILT) between the ILIM pin and GND. The OCP threshold (Ilim) is calculated as Ilim = 0.5V / RILT.
The FAULT pin is an open-drain output that indicates when an overvoltage or overcurrent fault occurs. You can connect a pull-up resistor to a voltage source (e.g., 3.3V or 5V) and monitor the FAULT pin to detect faults.
