The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the VIN pin is 28V, but it's recommended to keep it below 24V for optimal performance.
To ensure the stability of the output voltage, make sure to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF, and a maximum ESR of 1 ohm. Also, use a low-ESR capacitor for the input capacitor (CIN).
The maximum output current that the LTC4020 can deliver is 2A, but it's recommended to keep it below 1.5A for optimal performance and to prevent overheating.
To configure the LTC4020 for a specific output voltage, use the FB pin and a resistive divider network to set the output voltage. The datasheet provides a formula to calculate the required resistor values.
The EN pin is an active-high enable input that allows the user to turn the regulator on and off. To use it, simply tie the EN pin to VIN to enable the regulator, or to GND to disable it.
