Keep the junction temperature below 125°C, input voltage below 15V, and output current below 2A. Also, ensure the device is not operated in a way that causes excessive voltage or current stress.

  • The SYNC pin allows the LTC3521IUF to synchronize its switching frequency with an external clock signal. This can be useful in reducing EMI and noise in systems with multiple switching regulators. To use the SYNC pin, connect it to a clock signal with a frequency between 300kHz and 2.2MHz, and ensure the clock signal is clean and has a low jitter.
