  • The RUN pin is an active-high enable input that allows the user to turn the converter on and off. Connect it to VIN to enable the converter, or to GND to disable it.

  • The output voltage is set by the resistive divider network connected to the FB pin. The feedback voltage is 0.8V, so choose resistors that provide the desired output voltage based on the formula: Vout = 0.8V x (R1 + R2) / R2.

  • The maximum output current of the LTC3115 is 2A, but it's limited by the input voltage, output voltage, and inductor selection. Be sure to check the power stage design and thermal considerations to ensure reliable operation.
