  • The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the LT4356HS-2 is 80V, but it's recommended to limit it to 60V for reliable operation.

  • To ensure proper biasing, connect a 10kΩ resistor between the BIAS pin and the input voltage, and a 1μF capacitor between the BIAS pin and GND.

  • The EN (enable) pin is used to turn the device on and off. Connect the EN pin to a logic high (VIN or VOUT) to enable the device, and to a logic low (GND) to disable it.

  • The output voltage is set by the resistive divider network connected to the FB pin. Choose the resistors according to the desired output voltage using the formula: VOUT = 0.8V × (R1 + R2) / R2.

  • The maximum output current that the LT4356HS-2 can deliver is 2A, but it's recommended to limit it to 1.5A for reliable operation and to prevent overheating.
