The recommended operating voltage range for the LNBH25PQR is 2.5V to 5.5V.
To ensure proper biasing, connect the VCC pin to a stable voltage source, and decouple it with a 10nF capacitor to ground. Also, ensure the input signal is within the recommended voltage range.
The LNBH25PQR can handle input signal amplitudes up to 2.5Vpp (peak-to-peak) without saturating.
To minimize noise and interference, use a ground plane, keep the input and output traces short and shielded, and avoid running digital signals near the LNBH25PQR.
The LNBH25PQR is rated for operation up to 125°C. However, it's recommended to derate the device's performance and consider thermal management for high-temperature applications.
