The LM5017MR/NOPB can handle input voltages up to 60V, but it's recommended to keep it below 50V for optimal performance and reliability.
To ensure stability, make sure to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF, and a maximum ESR of 1 ohm. Also, use a low-ESR capacitor for the input filter capacitor (Cin).
The LM5017MR/NOPB can provide up to 1.5A of output current, but it's recommended to keep it below 1.2A for optimal performance and reliability.
Choose an inductor with a value between 1.5uH to 3.3uH, and a saturation current rating above the maximum output current. Also, consider the inductor's DC resistance and core losses.
The EN (enable) pin is used to turn the regulator on or off. Connect it to VIN to enable the regulator, or to GND to disable it. You can also use it to implement power sequencing or to control the regulator's output voltage.
