  • The maximum power dissipation of LM393PWR is 640mW, which is calculated based on the maximum junction temperature (TJ) of 150°C and the thermal resistance (RθJA) of 125°C/W.

  • To ensure the stability of the output voltage, it is recommended to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF and a maximum equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 1 ohm. Additionally, the output voltage can be stabilized by adding a 10nF capacitor between the output and ground.

  • The recommended input voltage range for LM393PWR is 4.75V to 12V. Operating the device outside of this range may affect its performance and reliability.

  • To protect LM393PWR from overvoltage and undervoltage conditions, it is recommended to add overvoltage protection (OVP) and undervoltage protection (UVP) circuits.
