  • The maximum power dissipation of the LM339AMX is 640mW, which is calculated based on the maximum junction temperature (Tj) of 150°C and the thermal resistance (RθJA) of 125°C/W.

  • To ensure the stability of the comparator output, it is recommended to use a bypass capacitor (typically 0.1uF to 1uF) between the VCC pin and GND, and to minimize the stray capacitance and inductance in the input and output circuits.
