The LM334M can operate from -40°C to 125°C, but the output current and voltage regulation may degrade at extreme temperatures.
To ensure stability, use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF, and keep the input and output capacitors close to the device. Also, avoid using long leads or wires that can cause oscillations.
The minimum input voltage required is 3.5V, but it's recommended to use a minimum of 4V to ensure proper regulation and stability.
While the LM334M can handle up to 10mA of output current, it's not suitable for high-current applications. For high-current applications, consider using a dedicated voltage regulator IC or a switching regulator.
The output voltage of the LM334M can be adjusted by using a resistor divider network between the output pin and the adjust pin. The ratio of the resistors determines the output voltage.
