The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the LM2574MX-5.0/NOPB is 40V. Exceeding this voltage can cause damage to the device.
To ensure the stability of the output voltage, it is recommended to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF with an ESR of less than 1 ohm. Additionally, the output voltage can be stabilized by adding a 10nF capacitor between the output and ground.
The maximum output current that the LM2574MX-5.0/NOPB can provide is 3A. Exceeding this current can cause overheating and damage to the device.
The input capacitor value can be calculated using the formula: Cin = (Iout x ΔI) / (f x ΔV), where Cin is the input capacitance, Iout is the output current, ΔI is the ripple current, f is the switching frequency, and ΔV is the input voltage ripple.
The feedback pin (FB) is used to regulate the output voltage. It is connected to the output voltage through a resistive divider network, which sets the output voltage. The FB pin is also used to monitor the output voltage and adjust the switching frequency accordingly.
